Our goal is to provide people the same experience as a small sushi place in Japan, using freshly imported fish selected by our chef to serve traditional styled sushi. 

Our Chef, Masaaki Toyokawa trained in Japan at the renowned restaurant Shimotakaido Asahi Sushi Souhonten 
(下高井戸旭鮨総本店). He has worked in the sushi industry for over 30 years and striving to give you an authentic, traditional sushi experience.
